2021's conference title was 'Knowledge creates the future', with speakers challenging potato businesses and researchers to develop their vision for the future and to take concrete steps to put it into action on Day 1 and workshops on a range of on-farm production challenges  on Day 2. At the end of Day 1,  CUPGRA was especially proud to host the inaugural Eric Allen Memorial Lecture, 'Understanding how potatoes grow determines how to grow potatoes', with reflections from Robert Allen, Neil Gudmestad and Mark Stalham.
