As part of a Defra-funded review in 2023 NIAB shortlisted several key crops of interest in the UK. This poster, shown at various NIAB open days and trade events in 2023 and 2024, outlines some of the UK's existing under-utilised crops, and others relatively new to the UK, that could all contribute to the more resilient farming systems that we will need for the future.
