Niab's Lawrence Weaver Road site in Cambridge, based on the original Old Granary and John Bingham Laboratory site and opened in February 2020, is home to the Crop Science Centre, Niab's partnership with the University of Cambridge, and tenants involved in the science sector in Cambridge.
The three buildings - Weaver, John Bingham and Crop Science - plus reception area and conference room, includes offices, state-of-the-art laboratories, growth room facilities and meeting rooms.
The original Huntingdon Road headquarters, based around the original 1920s building, was sold for redevelopment in 2018 and remained home to Niab until early February 2020.
