Our social media accounts include:

Following
We do not automatically follow new social media followers and being followed back does not imply endorsement of any kind.

Replies and direct messages
Niab supports collaboration and we may engage in conversation with other social media users. We cannot however guarantee to reply to all messages, although we will engage in conversation wherever possible.

All Replies and Direct Messages are read and will be passed on to the appropriate party to offer them the opportunity to engage.

Our use of social media offers an immediate way of connecting with us, but is an addition to our other contact details, which should be considered the route for official correspondence.

Niab Blogs
Blogs are written by employees and other contributors and are not moderated at a corporate level, so you can expect a variety of topics and opinions within them. Personal views do not necessarily reflect those of the Company.

You can expect us to adhere to our blogging code of conduct outlined below:

  • We will endeavour to engage in open and honest conversations with our readers
  • We will endeavour to correct any misinformation in our blogs in a timely fashion.
  • We will not delete posts unless they violate our policies.
  • We will attribute quotes, sources or inspiration for our blogs unless the source has requested anonymity.
  • We will not comment on information which is sensitive to Niab or our partners, employees, our customers and affiliates.
  • We would ask you to consider what information you share on our blogs — any personal information you share on a blog, of either yourself or others, is available for the world to see
